The Last Light is spatial computing narrative experience by Magic Leap Studios. It explores the incredible bond between a young woman and her grandmother, and how this bond helps Kayah deal with grief. This 45-minute experience features immersive spatial audio design with several new techniques to underscore story beats and enhance emotional impact, as well as an evocative spatial music score. To be premiered at SXSW in 2020 and the crowning achievement for the studio that pushed the boundaries for storytelling in this nascent medium.
